Find Bad, Old, Unused device drivers from XP PC
If you are having problems with blue screens, freezing computer, lockups and other issues with your PC,often the problem is due to a faulty device driver. One way to help identify them is through the use of the Verifier program. Follow following procedure to use Verifier program.
Step1. Go to start > Run > Verifier

Step2. You can choose any one of the option, for now keep the default of create standard settings.

Step3. Select any one of the option you like to verify and than click on Next.

Step4. A list of drivers will be shown as below. Click on Finish and reboot your PC.

Step5. To turn off the Verifier, run verifier /reset.
Step6. If your computer stops with a blue screen or with something else you should get an error message with the problem driver.
