How to empty outlook deleted items using Blackberry
What is it ?
When your Outlook Mailbox exceeds its size limit, you will not be able to send emails. This can be difficult when you are out of the office and using the BlackBerry. In this instance the BlackBerry can be used to purge the contents of your Outlook Deleted Items.
How do i do it ?
Emptying Outlook Deleted Items from the BlackBerry
1. Ensure you are in your BlackBerry Email folder.
2. Select the Menu button. The Email menu displays.
3. Select Options.
The Options menu displays.
4. Select Email Reconciliation.
The list of Email Reconciliation options displays.
5. Select the Menu button.
A shortcut menu displays.
6. Select Purge Deleted Items.
A warning message displays:

7. Select Yes
Your Outlook deleted items are deleted permanently.
