How can I Print Comments adjacent to the related text in the document ?
What is it ?
Comments can either be printed adjacent to the related text in the document, or appended as a list at the end of the document.
How do i do it ?
Printing comments adjaent to the related text in the document
Comments can be displayed in the right margin as a balloon so that they can be viewed or printed with the related text.
Display Comment Balloons
1. Ensure word is in Print Layout view.
2. Select the show button on the Reviewong toolbar.
3. From the list select Ballons > Only for Comments/Formatting.

4. The Comments displays beside the related text.

To Print comments adjacent to text on document
1. Select File > Print.
2. Select OK.
To Print comments independent of the main document
All the comments can be printed as a list on a separate page.
1. Select File > Print.
The Print dialog box displays.

3. From the Print what field select List of markup.
4. Select OK. (Only the comments print).
