Microsoft issues a regularly-scheduled set of security patches On the second Tuesday of every month, and within the next couple of days almost most of the computers reboot automatically because When Windows Update installs certain types of updates, a reboot is required so that certain software components can be updated while they're not running. you can prevent your machine from rebooting with simple registry tweak, follow following instruction to tweak your registry
Step I - Go to start menu and type regedit. You'll need to OK a User Account Control Prompt first.

Step II - Navigate in the left tree view to the following location as shown below
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows

Step III - Right-click the Windows key (folder) and choose New and then Key. Change the new key's name to WindowsUpdate and tap Enter.

Step IV - Right-click on the new WindowsUpdate key and choose New and then Key. Change the new key's name to AU and tap Enter as shown below

Step V - Right-click on the AU key and choose New and then DWORD (32-bit) Value. Change the new value's name to NoAutoRebootWithLoggedOnUsers and tap Enter.

Step VI - Double click the NoAutoRebootWithLoggedOnUsers key and change the Value data field to 1. Click OK to close the dialog. Reboot the machine for the changes to take affect.
