Windows 7 one of the cool feature is adding different gadgets such as calendar, clock, cpu meter and many more to desktop background. Below is step by step procedure to add different gadgets to your desktop

Step 1

Right click on any area of desktop and click on Gadgets

Right Click on any gadgets and click on add

You can see gadget in your desktop as shown below

To remove Gadgets from desktop, hover mouse around the gadget and click on close
