How to recover missing Windows desktop Recycle Bin icon ?

If your Recycle bin icon is missing from your desktop, follow following steps to recover it
Step I - Right-click on the Desktop.
Step II - Click on Personalize.
Step III - In the Personalize appearance and sounds window click the Change desktop icons link on the left-hand side.
Step IV - Check the Recycle Bin box.
And you are done.
