Steps I - Click the start button and type mem and than click on Windows Memory Diagnostic as shown below

Step II - When you see Windows Memory Diagnostic screen as below, click on Restart now and check for problems. 

Step III - You will see your PC restarting.

Step IV - The memory Diagnostic will run and can take upto an hour, once complete Windows 7 will restart and let you any error if there is one.
